„Covid-19“ is a provocative acrylic pouring & mixed media artwork that explores the chaos, fear, and contradictions surrounding the global pandemic. The composition fuses cartoon characters, propaganda-like slogans, and bold pop-art visuals with social and political commentary.

Pinocchio’s long nose represents misinformation, while lockdown tape and satirical imagery highlight the blurred lines between reality, media, and manipulation. This work reflects my view of the pandemic not only as a medical crisis but as a cultural and political phenomenon.

Technique & Materials

The painting combines acrylic pouring textures, collage, and graffiti-style elements. Bright yellows, reds, and blues dominate the chaotic surface, echoing both alarm and urgency. Familiar cartoon icons, layered texts, and symbolic imagery create a dense visual landscape that forces the viewer to engage critically.
